My client is a seasoned player in the real estate business. However, they noticed a shift in the way property buyers approach the marketplace. The landscape was changing, with more and more people switching to online real estate marketplaces to search for and purchase properties. The client recognized the importance of staying current and needed to establish a substantial digital presence. They needed a website that would not only showcase their property listings but also rank high in search engine results to increase their visibility to potential clients.
Website Design & Building
I kicked off the process of building their real estate website by understanding their business and their customers. It helped me design a website that resonated with their brand and business. The site is user-friendly, created with the customer journey in mind, from the landing page to the checkout or inquiry screen.
The site includes compelling CTAs, visually appealing graphics and imagery, the client’s portfolio and a comprehensive property search feature complete with filtering options that cater to various customer needs and preferences.

I know the importance of incorporating SEO strategies on-page. Therefore, the website’s content, meta descriptions, and titles were all crafted with that in mind, including local SEO techniques, given the nature of the real estate industry. This ensured that their site would rank optimally when potential clients searched for keywords related to their business.
Off-Page SEO
I also implemented off-page SEO strategies including backlink generation through guest posts and blog submissions on high DA websites. This boosted the authority of their site in the eyes of search engines and improved their overall ranking. The client also requested a blog section to provide customers with insightful articles about real estate, further aiding to their SEO strategy.
Mobile Optimization
Recognizing that a significant portion of traffic comes from mobile devices, the site was meticulously designed and tested to ensure smooth and engaging navigation on smartphones and tablets.
